Gene Hansen's "Bass" Staggard-Tuned 64

I got this as a gift from Gene Hansen yesterday, and after putting valves in it I found this oddball harmonica to sound pretty cool. What do you guys think? This is a BASS 64 he designed in the 1990s. Features a set of reeds a FULL octave lower than a Tenor 270. (Yes Danny the "Bends" tee shirt you gave me several years back is hanging up on my wall)

Somewhere My Love - sounds real strong, was it before or after the new mouthpiece gaskets ?

yes. yes it does. Don't think this is going to be a daily player. I may need to experiment with different valves before it sounds like much.
