ii-V-I noodle in C

Hi there—
Try playing along with this—
Gm to F
Fm to Eb
Ebm to Db
And back to C
And yes, it’s a Harmonetta.

Sounds kinda familiar. Are we sposta guess what is, or make up a melody to go with those cool chords? (it would definitely make it easier to play if'n I knew what it was that y'all wuzza playin' thar, knowwhutImean?)

Someone else (Neil Adler?) might be able to place it as being from an existing song.
It's a ii-V-I exercise, the new I becomes ii.
The bridge to Cherokee is like this, except it's C#m F# B, Bm E7 A, Am D G, Gm C Cm F
My progression resolves to the original tonality in C.
My feeling is that ii-V-I progressions proceeding to another a whole step down are a common jazz progression, e.g. How High the Moon.

Edit:Bluesette, duh!

I'm using an 8 second analog delay, when you change the length of the loop, the pitch changes.
So at one point, I shift up to the IV chord--but it's hit or miss, adds to the fun.

Here it is with the melody—no vibrato, so I’m a little flat.
