Basically, just record & then post whatever you want, as long as it's on chromatic harmonica. :)

(See Age's intro post 'About This Board'.)

There should more than a few ways to do it, Jimmy. You could even use a cellphone. Are you using a PC, Mac or Linux?

Hi Jimmie. The idea is to record however you normally record to your computer/phone, etc. Then you upload the clip. My issue so far is the clip has a limited size. My clips have exceeded that size and I can’t post it. I’m trying to figure what I’m doing wrong.

I had to use a converter to go from .m4p to .mp3 on my MacBook. Otherwise it was easy peasy. I might try the phone next.

Thanks Bro'... i do not record on my computer or 'phone ( do not own a mobile), i use a little portable zoom for shedding etc., my problem is nothing comes up to record on to.... as to your own problem of time...well this app reminds me of one from about twenty years ago where the time was limited to a a couple of minutes.

If you use a Zoom recorder, you will need to find somewhere to host it, you upload it to their website, then you copy the URL into your post on here in the forum.

Take a look here - https://rebootrecording.com/music-hosting-websites/
(Youtube &/or Soundcloud are what I used to use.)

Yeah Keith , but it my ignorance i thought this noodle feature may have been a stand alone that took a short-cut , many years ago as i last posted there was a handy little no frills computer recording outlet, just record/pause/playback but the time was limited....i thought this could be a similar set up.

In order for me to post my clip, I had to record it on my iPad, mail it to my desktop, change the format to MP3, and then post.

I used photo-booth, then converted the MP4 or MOV or whatever it was to mp3

There is a Voice Recorder app on ipad and iphone that records in one format but you can share it as mp3. I used this to save it to files and it can be uploaded from there.

I don't know if this relates to the question or not - but there is a free audio recorder software that I use on my PC. It allows me to make clips of audio directly from playback and save them as MP3 files. Anyway check it out if you are interested.
