I mistakenly thought that SM members were harmonica enthusiasts and would see the benefits of real time engagement with other players. Your response is just pathetic
No need to insult us Danny.

Maybe other people are like me, unable to figure out how to use Zoom, or don't have the
technology on their devices, or don't even have devices yet? I'm in that category. If I was able to - or the Long Island
Harmonica Club meetings had fit MY extremely complicated and rigid pet feeding schedule as well - I'd have been involved with them since I was (thought I still might be) a member of their Club. The onset of Covid here in NY seems to have put an end to the gatherings - so I haven't seen anyone since before 2020, although I'm hoping that eventually those Restaurant dinners and the outdoor meetings at Ken Korb's will start up again (or at someone else's home here on Long Island).
They were thoroughly enjoyable - the company, the food (we all brought food and he and Lora and others from the club cooked
burgers, hot dogs and provided the space, the stage and the hosting).
Some of us here simply either don't know how to go about this - or the timing doesn't work. Some have jobs as well - or are in school. It isn't a perfect scenario for everyone, AND there's a strong possibility most of the SlideMeisters haven't yet even seen the notice! I don't read everything every day - so isn't it a possibility other people don't as well? Please cut people some slack.
Maybe IF it isn't rushed - set a plan in motion for some time later on, you might get many more people interested as they become aware, and can figure out a date and time which works for all?
