I sure would like to attend one of your longer ones, if you are planning any.

Everyone, it was a fun filled, music filled, and tummy filled few days.  I highly recommend Danny’s parties.  Those of us who stuck around had a great brunch at the Blue Fig today.  My choice?  Blue Fig omelette.  Parting was such sweet sorrow.

Small gathering this time but considering that we only gave 3 weeks notice and it was the first time we've done one this early, it turned out really well. We had guests from Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania Indiana and Kentucky. We're going to do it again next year May 5 - 6 -7 & 8.

We're adding a day to our events so they'll start on Thursdays instead of Fridays to make the long trips here more worthwhile for the long distance travelers. So our 17th annual party and our second time hosting The Ohio State Harmonica Championship in July will start on July 8th and end up on the 11th. We may live stream the competition on ZOOM.

We will be hosting the Huntington, WV Harmonica Club's Harmonicollege event this Fall but Jim Rumbaugh hasn't set a date yet.

I spoze they would make fun targets, ;D but since no one wanted to donate any, ::) and contrary to popular belief, I do have some, but I certainly wouldn't volunteer any of my happy little fleet of suck-harps, so we stuck with soda cans and swinging targets.  ;D ;D

Age won by a lead BB.  But I won cause we used his ammo.  LOL.   Naa, not a competition, just a friendly can-dule.

Danny was impressed! (I shouldda brought'em all! Mwoaaahahaha!)
Everything in there was "non-lethal" even though that one Danny shot the refrigerator with took out a woodchuck @ sixty yards last week.

GROUNDHOGS/WOODCHUCKS I finally declared war on them after all the damage those furry little buggars have done to my property over the years. A few years ago, mama fell through the back lawn (almost up to her boobs) and hurt her back, into a "cave" they had dug twenty feet from the house. They chewed through my footer drains and I just borrowed seven grand getting them all replaced, so yeah, they ain't one of my favorite critters no more! >:( anything dumb enough to get within a hundred yards from my upstairs "shootin' winders"goes to that big groundhog meeting hall in the sky.

Wish I coulda been there you guys :) Had a family Emergency that night that turned out to be just the beginning of something huge. Please pray for my Wife's Aunt my fellow Harmonicists.  What began as her having trouble breathing resulting in a trip to the Hospital has turned out to be stage 4 cancer.
