Chromatica 266?
« on: June 12, 2015, 08:41:33 PM »
Has anyone got a 266 Chromatica C to C# bass for sale? It is a single reed poly and the only poly i have missing from my collection... It is a harmonica very close to a 264 single reed, only one deck. One can be seen here, played by the center player in the middle row.

Hello, AJ (Windmeyer).

Check with our SlideMeister friend, Bill Morris.

He might have a Hohner #266 for sale.

Also check with SlideMeister friend George Miklas,
another possible source for the #266.

Best Regards

Hello again, AJ (Windmeyer).

I added George Miklas to the reply #1, above.

George does have a 266, along with Ken Vanhetten. I do not know what he wants for his. I have bothered him before, but i can't seem to make a deal.

Hello, AJW (Windmeyer).

George was very helpful at the SPAH convention last August, when I bought
a Polyphonia #7 from him.

Until I heard of the Hohner Polyphonia #266, I thought I had completed the
collection of my Polyphonias #4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.

Is the #266 a Polyphonia, or a Chromatica?

Best Regards

Hi Yeoman,
1. post an introduction message before doing anything else.
2. Once you have a certain number of posts I believe you can send and receive Private Messages and use the classified section. Check the rules and regulations to see how that works.
3. Once all that is done, I might be interested in your Chromatica 266 if he is not.
