Hello, Goran (Miljoran).
The Seydel harmonica disinfectant
product looks a lot like the Turboharp
Bug Blaster, except for the color.
The Turboharp product is purple, the
Seydel product is black.
I bought a Turboharp Bug Blaster
about 9 months ago. It works well,
after 20 recharges, 20 uses per recharge.
The following information is about the
Turboharp Bug Blaster. The Seydel product
is new to me.
The Bug Blaster, like the Seydel model,
uses ultraviolet radiation and ozone
to disinfect and sanitize harmonicas.
Unscrew the cap, insert a harmonica
measuring 8 inches long or less (any
standard diatonic or standard slide
chromatic: no tremolo quartets or
sextets, no 2-sided tremolos or
octave harps, no orchestral harps).
Press the button on the top of the cap,
and the harp is disinfected after about
3-5 minutes, with an automatic shut-off.
Recharging the Bug Blaster takes 3-5 hours.
With the cap on the Bug Blaster, insert the
provided recharging cord into the BB cap and
a computer USB port for recharging. A blinking
light on the BB cap signals that the recharge is done.
No dis-assembly of the harmonica is needed.
I use the BB on wood-combed and synthetic-combed
harps, with or without valves. I also use it to
disinfect and sanitize virus masks.
If the Seydel product is as good as the Turboharp
product, it will be a great addition to the harp
disinfectant /sanitizing products.
I bought the Turboharp Bug Blaster for about $40
USA money. The price is currently $34.99.
