At Harmonica Gallery, George and Janalyn appreciate your business. As we have recently redefined our business model on both the sales and repair sides of our operation. Our earnest goal is to complete repairs quickly and return harmonicas to their owners in 4-6 weeks. We're both still in school and still have obligations in several places, but we're streamlining certain processes to get all of the work done in a reasonable time.  Give us a try, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Thanks for that, great news, I am happy to refer you.
I have been, but told folks you had a several month backlog.
I average at least a month, and don't think I have anywhere near your volume, you are the man!
Best of luck with everything, and HBD to Janalyn! She's 21!

UPDATE (July 30, 2020): Turn around time is now 1 month or less!

This week we are working on harmonicas sent in the end of June and July and by next Wednesday, I anticipate that we will be completely caught up. To keep my turnaround time short, I have previously discontinued service for Harmonettas and Melodicas and it is my intention keep it this way because narrowing of services in this way has been a contributing factor to getting to 1 month or less.

COVID-19 NOTICE: All harmonicas sent to Harmonica Gallery for repair are disinfected in Ozone once when they arrive to protect me and once again before they leave to protect you. All refurbished harmonicas sold are disinfected in Ozone before they are shipped. All new harmonicas are sealed at the factory and are not disinfected in this way.

Janalyn has been a big help to getting my backlog caught up this summer. In just two weeks, Janalyn will begin her new position as Graduate Assistant (GA) in The Writing Center at George Mason University where she is also studying for her Master of Arts in English and Ph.D. in Linguistics.

I am currently in classes for my Doctor of Music Education degree with research and preparation to write my 150 page doctoral thesis titled The Historical and Contemporary Applications of the Harmonica in Music Education, Music Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, and On Stage. If I'm lucky, it will make the best sellers list... among harmonica players who care about the instrument's past and appreciate future promotional efforts for the harmonnica! I am on track for degree conferral May 2021.

Never tap-dance on a shark's tail. The best thing about ice cream, is that ice cream has no bones.
