Actually I popped in at 10 PM - even though on the road. Hung around a few minutes alone and left. Thought it wasn't appropriate to talk to myself. Still traveling next week, but will try to pop in.

Good Zoom session today (8/8/24).  Some great discussions, and some good music!  So glad Steve B has the mental toughness to play through the pain.  We missed Age and DannyG.  Age, we hope your power issues, tree issues, whatever ... are soon behind you.  And, DannyG, we hope you had a good celebration of your wife's birthday!

Stryker said he will try to make it but has a gig.
I attended the Long Island zoom tonight but when I tried firing up the zoom link following the SM logo, it said I had to update to the latest zoom version. I clicked on the link to update but it would not allow the download to complete.

Mike, we missed you and you’re in my thoughts. POSITIVE THOUGHTS!!

Also, Sept and Oct are really busy for me with weddings, family visits, out of town meetings and the like.

I won’t make the Zoom this Thursday but I’ll be back on the 26th with a song from the 40’s😱😂

'Nother fun meeting! We had Tommy Stryker with us again tonight to show us all "how it's done."
I had an accident with one of my harmonicas just as the meeting was getting started, so I just grabbed another one. Turns out I had a misaligned reed. Really wierd how a new Chromatic could just take a "spell" and go cock-eyed" all of a sudden, but I guess it happens. It's all fixed now. All I needed was a good light and my little reed wrench. Good as new now.  ;D
