Playing Soprano, Alto, Tenor part and mixing them into one song

I came across the above Youtube video in which the player played Soprano, Alto, Tenor parts seperately and mixed them into one song.
What is your opinion on such a playing?

I'm hearing only two parts. I did this a lot with my church choir for services over Zoom when we couldn't rehearse or perform live. They recored their parts to a master track, and I combined them into anthems. I did a lot of pitch and rhythm adjustments, but the end product was more than adequate. I've also done it with solo instrument and piano. All using Audacity.

I think it sounds good as well but in my opinion, not in a "stand alone" application. I think harmonies (unless "jazzed up" like The Manhattan Transfer and the like) are mostly good as a foundational backup behind a lead that's more or less loose and unrestricted.
